Spiders do not good subjects make

Spotted my first spider of the year. Happily living in the drawer of my desk. Well, until I turfed him / her out when I emptied the desk of its contents to move it out of my flat.

Spiders are rubbish subjects. They will not stay still for anyone. And they're always in a rush. I was lucky to get this shot in a fleeting moment of spider uncertainty......
