blipping food journal - day 1
so, i'm tryin to diet, infact, i've tried every diet imaginable........ Nothin seems to work!! :( :( someone has recently told me that the best thing to do is to write down everything that u eat so i thought that if i write it all on here i might be able to get some extra encouragement and support as well as telling off when needed! So here goes day 1 - breakfast was a bowl of fruit n fiber, lunch was 3 half sandwiches with ham, cucumber and tomato, for dinner i ate grilled steak with home made wedges, boiled mushrooms, carrots and sprouts! That was delicious! Then before bed i was still peckish i made myself 4 crackers with grated cheese and cherry tomatoes! Have drank 3 cups of tea and 2 shots me water. Think that overall its not really been a bad day.......! :)!
