Honestly, this is just water! I decided to have a little experiment with a lighting technique I saw on a blog and came up with this image of my water jug.

To prove you don't need to have really expensive kit, the second most expensive thing used for this shot was the jug (the first being the camera) everything else was things you'd find around the home. An LED torch to light the glass from underneath, a plastic cup with the bottom cut out to act as a base, a glass ashtray purchased from Tesco this evening for £1.27 to balance over the plastic cup to allow the jug to sit on it, the inside wrapping from a jaffa cake packet for the orange 'gel filter', and a piece of black card - creative lighting set up for about £10!
