Giant cheese on toast anybody?!

Made lemon bars today...I'm not convinced but james says he likes them.

Got my bulb changed on my headlight and then made a chicken stew for nans dinner. She's not eating in hospital, apparently she has forgotten how to do eat which is difficult to get your head round. The nurse said that this can happen when someone has dementure... I didn't realise she had been diagnosed with this... hard to deal with. Anyway, the stew had to be mushy for her so she could eat it. I'm not sure how mum got on with her eating it.. I don't feel strong enough to go up there again yet after her tears and her being so scared last time I went so had to let mum go on her own. I'll try and go this week sometime. :o(
