Slept so badly ... pains in my stomach were so bad I contemplated getting up and phoning NHS direct. Nothing seemed to work ... wish I had the large orange toxic looking painkillers Jules brought back from South America (they did the trick on Sunday). Finally fall asleep to dream about wandering around a hospital!

Struggle through the morning until its time for my doctors appointment. He gives me some other painkillers which help a little but not enough. An early night is in order. Mac's trying to keep me company.
