A Dollop of Yogurt

My sister is a chef. My sister is a great chef and she often indulges me with delicious food when I come to visit. This morning she had made us - my uncle, her husband, and myself - a fantastic brunch of lasagne and string beans. For desert apple tart tatin, which she prefers to serve with strained greek yogurt instead of ice cream.
