First picnic of the year
in Balburnie Park, Glenrothes.
It was cold, but we managed to keep warm by walking through the woodland. I saw two deers run across the path in front of me but they were so quick I didn't have a chance to snap them.
Rocket and Radar made lots of new friends, one in particular, a lab called Rebus who wouldn't leave them. The owners had to break it up in the end.
The picnic was consumed pretty quickly in favour of a second walk in the woods. There were lots of trails to choose from, so we'll come back when it's a bit warmer to take some of the different routes.
Lots of snowdrops about and some nice fungi on logs, great blip material. There are lots of rhododendron bushes in the woods, when they flower they will make an excellent blip.
I'll be back.
