Sudoku, Metroku, Sad-bloke-u

My daughter's supply teacher taught the class how to do sudoku.

On our trip into Manchester on Friday, she picked up a copy of the Metro (free newspaper) at the station, and attempted to do the sudoku puzzle. Number puzzles really aren't my thing, but we kept a copy so that she could ask her Dad for help at home.

Yet again, we travelled into Manchester and she tore another sudoku from her copy of Metro. My husband travelled home with us, and the shot above is of another brave attempt. By the time we had reached our station she had completed the puzzle, with just a little prompting.

It was almost exciting watching her work it out .... !
