Crows' Nest

I read about birds in the book Sula by Toni Morrison. It says Sula Peace came back to the bottom with a "plague of robins". Well, crows definitely carry a much darker connotations than robins do. That's why I knew the pack of crows on the tree this morning was a bad omen.


Sure enough, it snowed another few inches today. After that week of sun, we're "Back To December" (so goes the Taylor Swift song haha). How Michigan weather teases us.
