A Pedestrian Picture

I know, but less so than the actual pedestrians
that frequent and flock to Denver's Downtown
Mecca. I think they should re-name the 16th
Street mall the 16th Street Bar and lower
the drinking age to 18. Much the way legal
gambling has worked wonders for Vegas, I
believe this would legitimize this Cow-Town
instantaneously. Who knows, people might
even forget about the snow and flock here
for Spring Break.
