pruned bananas

The forecast showed rain all weekend, but when I woke up this morning there was no rain to be seen. Rolled out of bed and went to my weekly volunteer gig hoping the rain would hold off. Despite about a 10 minute shower, most of the time there was sunny and warm. We were working in the banana groves, which was dirty, slimy, spidery, work. But after we were done it looked awesome. And I went home with some amazing fresh guavas!
