We're Gonna Need a Bigger Pot

Healthy eating still going well.... lots of new recipes to try. This was one... beef bourguignon. By the time we got the veg and beef in, there was no way we were gonna be able to add a pint of stock, and cover tightly. Off to ASDA it was, for a bigger casserole dish. Gutted that after the hassle, it turned out to be a fairly shite meal!
