It's not Terry's....

Fourth in the fortnightly series, today's dessert was Terry's Chocolate Orange Cheesecake.

Base of digestives and ginger nuts, topping of cream cheese, melted Terry's Chocolate Orange, double cream, icing sugar and pieces of chopped Chocolate Orange, all topped off with segments of Chocolate Orange. Definitely not one of your five a day!

Went down well - very tasty and not as heavy as it perhaps sounds.
