Brick Lane

My friend Catherine and I got the train to London to spend the weekend with our friend, Martha.

We had a wander around town, checked out John Lewis on Oxford Street and then headed east for a curry on Brick Lane, swiftly followed by the Jack The Ripper Tour! The tour consisted of around 20-25 of us loitering around Whitechapel and checking out The Ripper's murder locations for a couple of hours. Gruesome but fascinating!

Then back to Martha's in Blackheath via the tube, DLR and a cab, where we listened to music and Martha and our other friend Helen were knitting ;-)
