Looking but not seeing?

This old sign is outside my apartment and until today i have never photographed it and hence had not realised just how old it is. Talk about not seeing!!
An ld Wooden sign and promoting 'phones' and toys.not the way Dick Smith promotes itself these days. I wonder how old the sign is? It's a wonder it is not in their museum of memorabilia!
