Each year, in the days leading up to St. Patrick's Day, these bright green confections appear in the grocery. At various times of year the same snack is dyed green, orange, fuchsia, etc., in celebration of the next holiday. I find them a bit frightening, and have never been able to get past the color to find out if they are tasty.
