Girl Fishing

Reprised last Saturday afternoon by visiting Starbucks and then sauntering over to Memorial Park to see what I could capture for today's blip.

This girl fishing and backlit by the setting sun was the pick of the bunch.

All in all a listless kind of Saturday, although I was pleased to see Stoke City win through to the last eight in the FA Cup. I didn't tune in until the second half and so missed Stoke's three goals. And there were no replays after the match ended. Ho hum.

You may be forgiven for thinking this shot features the high contrast B&W mode. Actually, the camera was in my custom settings for street photography and shooting from the hip. So no high contrast this time but it is the B&W JPEG out of the camera.
