White and Green

My mother and I bought this plant for a neighbour today. I'm not sure what its called and wish I had asked at the garden centre!

It has lots of green leaves as you can see, but this little one in the middle looks like a white flower about to bloom or maybe its the colour of the leaves before the fully open! This is what caught my eye...
