Keep Moving...

Another Blip of something that I had never noticed before.

Is it naive of me to assume that this artwork is not the work of some random graffiti artist and instead done with the permission of the owner? How else would you be able to work that high and that extensively without getting caught?

Even if it was just someone randomly graffiti'ing (not sure if that's a word) it at least brightens up an otherwise fairly plain building
