hostages?

Today we had a discussion about connectedness and conversation. Everyone's cell phone was bagged and pinned to the wall, which I believe was inspired by something similar at MOMA. The love hate relationship with technology is interesting. I wonder if one day there will be technology anonymous meetings next door to the AA meetings.
