Say hello, wave goodbye

So, in the post today I got this very friendly and welcoming letter from Three, my new mobile provider. They are, in my humble opinion, currently about 100% better than virgin, my previous provider. They also sent me a letter today explaining their terms and conditions. Well pfft to them!
