Fruit

Things are definitely starting to change with the seasons.. Last night's pic was street food being cooked outside at night again and today I spotted a fruit place where they were preparing pineapples outside.

When you buy a pineapple round here, you can usually get it with the skin already cut off. The guy sitting is using a very sharp thin knife to cut the cool spiral pattern in the pineapples to get rid of those deeper bits that make your teeth tingle. SOme places have a special pair of clippers which take out the individual bits. The bananas look pretty good too.
