Pistachio Nuts

This evening I am going to meet some of my Irish relatives who are touring NZ on holiday. Last time I met them was in Northern Ireland 23 years ago. My how the time flies.
I have to make a salad to take with me, and am going to make a salad with green beans,
mandarins, red onion, green leaves and pistachio nuts.
This is the first time that I have ever bought these nuts, and what a pain they are to shell. Some come out easier than others.
