Yarn Tasting

In the middle of all the chaos at the yarn conference there was a long low table set with champagne glasses, each one holding a unique combination of yarn and needles. Knitters were free to sit down and sample the feel of different fibers and varied needle weights; it was such a beautiful sparkling sight, and a soft oasis in the huge confusion of more yarn and gadgetry than you can possibly imagine.
