American Haute Cuisine - Breakfast at McDonalds

I often grab a coffee from McDonalds and drink it while I'm waiting for the next bus. Once or twice a year, I give in and go for the Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal. This taken at a deserted McDonalds on Oxford Road at 06:45 in the morning.
