A Places to Rest

Some people dont like graveyards but I find myself drawn to them.

One of my runs goes past the beautiful old walled graveyard set just inside an old wood. It is a small and quiet and still just how all graveyards should be.

It has not suffered any vandalism either by rowdy youths or over zealous health and saftey officials so all the headstones are still standing. There is moss and lichen all over the stones and some of them you can no longer read as the stone has weathered away.
