Make a little bird house in your soul..?

Nothing to do with goldfinch; just a song from the radio this morning that won't go away.

I was hoping for a walk and some 'me' time later, but snapped these birds quite early this morning, and they're probably as good as it'll get today.
It's still grey here and not showing much signs of changing.
(Oh wouldn't it be fab to see some Northern Lights??)

Heaps to do before the sun goes down.

And Himself is on leave, working like a trooper, so the least I can do is not blip!!! *Rolls up sleeves and tries to look busy*
