Sarlat

Had a strong mug of coffee and went into Sarlat with Phil and his family. They left me to walk around town whilst they did their business. It was market day so there was plenty going on. Met later in the Rapier bar. Went back to Phil's for dinner then went to Jaques' to see about the work he's offered me. Jaques said ok. Phil showed me what to do - shaping small wooden parts on a sander, which I soon got the hang of. I told Jaques I would work for nothing initially and if I was no good he wouldn't loose anything (apart from £20 worth of wood). At the end of the day Jaques paid me one hundred Francs - 30 an hour. Great stuff!
