A bit of R & R
is needed after the last couple of weeks. The Mid-term holiday couldn't have come around quick enough.
Mrs Jeans' last day went well, the kids got their pictures taken with her in class groups. 1 or 2 were very emotional, which nearly set me off.
Maybe it's lucky I wasn't in school when she held her last assembly.
I gather from Claire that it was very emotional and Claire was really touched when Mrs Jeans gave her a special message.
They go back along way, as she was her Primary 1 teacher.
Mr G is back home again after his jaunt 'down south'. And it efforts look to be worth it as good news looks to be on the horizon.
I'm just really tired again. More medical appointments and tests next week yuk
but for now I'm just enjoying my glass of wine.
This is my first blip of Rocket and Radar, they are really tricky to take pictures of as they don't stay still long enough.
I caught them waiting at the back door wanting to go out into the garden.
Radar, (chocolate one) is named after a restaurant Mr G and I used to frequent in our younger days and Rocket is named after the brand of shoes. She really is Rocket by name and nature, whilst Radar feels like a teddy bear and loves to be cuddled.
Here's to a relaxing weekend!
