every day, stance like no-one's watching...
Managed to get some walking in today but due to concentrating too much on the walking and not the stopping every few metres to take a picture I ended up with very little usable stuff apart from an homage and a shot I took of a wall whilst waiting for two smoking traffic wardens to emerge from Meadow Place Lane. I now know of four good locations where smoking traffic wardens may be readily located and will one day swoop round them all, blipping frantically. It'll have to wait until next month as I checked the exposure time and would have had to rely on them standing still for a good third of a second which is unlikely considering the potential indignance. Much easier to snap people from behind whilst they pose on the escalators at John Lewis using notquiteascrappyasbeforecameraphone until I have something better with some faster glass. Today's 13-mile trundle was partly aimed at checking to see if any of the secondhand camera stuff-shops will do anything other than laugh at a couple of lenses from my old camera in exchange for buying a nice new camera from them. The expected "not much demand for that sort of thing" was duly received from each place in turn. I'm not expecting much but might eBay them anyway; might get enough to get a skylight 1A to protect the new lens on the new camera.
