Freedom Bus

This bus is the same model as the one thatROSA PARKS rode in Montgomery Alabama. Her arrest for refusing to yield her seat to a white man firmly started the civil rights movement. This bus has been restored by a Rochester lawyer and will become a touring story of civil rights to the Rochester area schools.

2857 is the number of the original bus but i believe that bus has also been restored and is in the Henry Ford museum in Dearborn Michigan
