I have always loved taking photos so when I signed up to blipfoto I saw it as an opportunity for photographic improvement.

What I wasn't expecting was how fascinating I would find it looking at other peoples photos and sometimes being given a glimpse into their world. I have read things that have made me smile, shake my head, explode into fits of laugher, so much so that my husband has rushed over to see whats the matter with me. I have also read entries filled with such heartache that I have sobbed.

I am well and truly hooked. My photgraphs haven't got any better whatsoever, but I am learning to appreciate the beauty around me, to count my blessings and never to take anything for granted.
