Coin Close Up

This is a close up shot of a fairly old coin. I'd like to have got it a little sharper but after a number of attempts I've settled for this so forgive the imperfections. I need a wee bit more practice with this (and without the distractions of football on the telly).

Wonder if any eagle eyed blippers can work out what the coin is?
