Just Before Sunrise

As I made my way to the kitchen to make my coffee I looked out the window and this was the view. It only lasted about 3 minutes and the whole sky has now changed. It went from this brilliant orange to a softer purple and pink. The sun still hasn't made its way up over the mountain but I'm glad I was up to snap this.

After yesterday's long day, I'm hoping this is an indication that today will go smoother and I'll get all my tasks done early.
