'Red Balloon and Rain'

You can't really tell from this picture, but it was peeing down and pretty gloomy in Dragon Forest today. As you can see, Joe looks really happy to be there!

Things didn't turn out quite how I'd planned. Apart from the rain, mud and cold. My tripod decided not to work today and the camera spun round whenever I wanted it to stay still. So this is the result.

The kids helped and were awarded hot chocolates with marsh mallows and cream from the over-priced cafe while Harry cried his eyes out in the rain outside!

Harry was awarded a bath when we got home, as he was covered in mud, pine needles and leaves and had some 'unmentionables' stuck to his nether regions. I should be used to it by now.. .

On a more cheery note, thanks to one and all for inspiration, joy, fun, comments (good and bad), lots of 'wows' and laughter.

I'm saving my more intellectual, carefully thought out speech for my 365th.
