The W plan

Lose 7lb in 3 days on the W plan.
Sleep, soup & smoothies through a straw - that's all it takes!
(oh and some minor mouth surgery!)

Starting to feel a wee bit more like myself, although am still in a fair bit of pain.
Hopefully back to work in the next day or so.
