Run!

Mum and I after our run tonight.

This is maybe the second time I've been out for a run since we did the Black Rock 5 back in June last year!

I know it's the first run of 2011 for me!

It was good though!

We did 3.1 miles in 39 minutes with a 2 min warm up and cool down.

We ran out to Cambus and back. The weather was horrible! Sleety, windy and really cold! I must go buy running gloves tomorrow!
