leftovers no more

So, yesterday Mrs BH and I cooked each other a lovely dinner, and as with most dinners the recipes make enough for 4. With us being only two, we had the leftovers for dinner tonight which was great. This is all that is left of my adventurous-but-extremely-good-and-will-certainly-be-made-again Chocolate and Avocado Mousse.

Yes, you read that right. Chocolate and Avocado Mousse (recipe here). Yesterday we had it with strawberries, but today we didn't have time to get them out of the freezer, and I don't think it mattered - it was still yummy!

(I would have blipped the dinner plates too, but they're already stacked in the wash-disher, such is our haste!)
