The rain came down ....

... and the flood came up!

What a wild night and morning - talking about the weather here! Gales and lashing rain, seaweed all over the roads and holes in the walls. Indoor playtimes, dodgy internet connection and a cat has peed in the butter dish. Oooff! It can only get better!

We are going to the cinema tonight. Black Swan. Yes, I know I said we were going on Saturday but the weather was even more appalling then and we didn't make it. The art house movie tonight is about the guy buried in a coffin and all he has is his mobile, a lot of problems and a ticking clock. Sounded a bit grim and claustrophobic so we're off to an early screening.

Today's blip is part of a rather nice stained glass roundel I have - I love the colours and it's a good metaphor for the ark-like conditions going on outside.
