Enjoy your VD!!

I sort of resent the assumption that our feelings on Valentines Day are supposed to fit some stupid binary mould.
Single= miserable
Attached= gushy
I feel like I'm not 'allowed' to hate valentines day, which I do, because I'm in a relationship. I've been with my bf since highschool, so it's an unusually long relationship at our age (10 yrs of us and we both have yet to celebrate our 25th birthdays this year).
I strongly support the idea that valentines day is nothing more then a hallmark holiday (very much like mothers day, fathers day) with purely capitalist intentions. So while I'm totally against this bullshit holiday, I do wish you all lots of love on EVERY day of the year!!
