Hidden History

You don't need to look too hard in any town to find hidden streets still holding on to history.

Nelson Street in Aldershot, opposite the Trafalgar Inn which was one of four pubs built on land in Aldershot given to a Royal Naval officer who had fought at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. The Trafalgar Inn is now the only surviving one of those four in the location that used to be known as "Union Court", located opposite Nelson Street.
