To Diane

Well, we kept our tradition going again this year. We finally got fed up with going out to a restaurant on Valentines. It's always over priced, with slow service, and sometimes not that great food. Because of all the tables of two I guess.

So for the last , erm about 8 years, years we've stayed in and cooked a special meal for ourselves. Usually someone takes the main and the other the starter and dessert. The only rule is to make something we've never done before.

I made a fish lasagne today, and Diane excelled with a cold melon and chilli soup and this devine desert. Oh, it was soooo good. Who wold have thought that it could have come from just this.
