Spooky Chicken

I spent most of the day working. J didn't have to leave for school until 9.30, so I wasn't finished the cleaning till 12 or something, then I had to make this Spooky Chicken (it's called that because the recipe says it's "terrifyingly tasty" and "scarily easy to make"). That took me a while. I had to prepare it in advance for the family's ski trip in 2 weeks so they don't have to do much cooking when they're there. Then did laundry etc. etc.
Then J got back home at 3.
Au pairing is wild.
I feel like a housewife in the 50's/ domestic goddess/ teenage mother.
