Blazing skies

It was a revoltingly hot night last night and my outdoor thermometer confirmed a sticky, uncomfortable 24 degrees C at 6.00am :(

And worse, it didn't let up during the day - the mercury just kept on rising!

Official temperature was 26 degrees but once again, I'm sure it was well over 30.

In other news, teejay and kiwilizzie came up for tea and we all tootled off to the local camera club together. Whilst the content was very interesting and extremey useful, the meeting went on almost an hour longer than it was advertised for making it rather too late a night for a school day - especially when teejay and kiwilizzie had to drive 90 minute home to Murchison. It's going to be good to get into the camera club scene though I think.

OK - well after 11.00pm now and I need to get to bed. Will have to relate the ongoing saga of poor Pudz tomorrow maybe......
