Where's the Singing Butler?

I don't know if this couple regularly take a Sunday constitutional along the beach regardless of the weather, or whether this owes more to the fact that tomorrow is St Valentine's Day.

The weather has been dismal all day though it did eventually dry up just before sunset.

The title is a reference to Vettriano's well known painting, and to the fact that this (Kirkcaldy) is his home town.
