got in from work at 7 today, tired. suzo had got me oysters, guinness and a made a steak and ale pie for tea. god love her. i've been very hit andmiss on the oul blip this year, mainly because i have pretty much worked 6 days a week from 7 to 6 and i've been too tired to bother. not a bad complaint i suppose. every pound is a prisoner now as you'll realise if you go back 2 blips. and relax
