The Iron Lady

As it's Valentine's Day Eve I thought I'd give this lovely lady her 5 minutes of fame.
I dug this figure up in a garden of a friend of mine 3 or 4 years ago. My friend didn't want it but I thought it was too curious to throw away and have had it ever since. She is about 8 inches tall and made of cast iron but I have no idea what she may have been used for.
What I do know is-- this lady is not for turning.
