Sword play

In spite of the drizzly greyness, we had a trip out to Linlithgow Palace. Andy's class are studying Mary Queen of Scots at the moment, so visiting her birthplace seemed an almost educational way to spend a Sunday.

Obviously though, history's more fun with plastic swords from the gift shop.

Afterwards we had an excellent meal at an Italian restaurant called Bar Leo.
