Before shot

I usually post photos of my dinner once it is nestling nicely upon the plate. I think tonights is going to be far too scrummy to allow it to cool off so here it is before it goes in the oven. The more foody of you will recognise this as a leg of lamb with a (soon to be) crust of mustard, rosemary, garlic and honey.
