Cheeky chappy

Went down to Strathclyde Park today as the weather was a bit brighter and as soon as we , Silverstar , and i arrived this lovely bird was perched on the boom that protects the overflow into the river Clyde.
Im no orna, orny, bird watcher but i think its a cormarent(think thats how you spell it).
